One of the most popular Christmas events at Disney World is Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. This ticketed event takes place at Magic Kingdom Park on select nights throughout the holiday season. During the party, you can enjoy special holiday parades, fireworks, shows, and meet-and-greets with Disney characters. Plus, there are delicious seasonal treats and unique merchandise available only during the event.
Another popular holiday event is the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays. Throughout the holiday season, there’s also the Frozen Holiday Surprise, featuring Elsa, Anna, Olaf, and Kristoff in their holiday looks in front of Cinderella Castle. In this fun show, Elsa transforms the castle with sparkling finishes that shine all evening long!
If you are looking for a slower time to visit Walt Disney World, but still want to experience the holiday fun, try going the week after Thanksgiving.
